Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) / Bachelor of Science in IT (BSIT)

Washington University of Science and Technology (WUST) — operates under this name since 2022; marketed to Mongolian students under its old name, "iGlobal University" (IGU), Vienna, Virginia (Washington DC metro area), United States

United StatesLow-cost schoolbachelorOpen to Mongolian citizens

The school the agency calls "iGlobal University" renamed itself Washington University of Science and Technology in 2022 — still the same ACCSC-accredited, SEVP-certified institution, but no publicly listed scholarship approaches the advertised 100%; the largest confirmed discount is 50%.

TuitionUSD 63,000 / totalTotal BSBA/BSIT program cost at $350/credit hour, per the 2025-2026 School Catalog (quarter system, ~180 credit hours). Books/supplies ~$1,500 extra. No separate 'per year' figure is published; a typical 4-year pace is ~$15,750/yr but WUST does not publish that figure itself.
Living costNot confirmedNot separately published; see financialProof, which is WUST's own cost-of-attendance estimate used for the I-20.

What the scholarship covers

No award reaches 100%. Academic Merit (Presidential): 30% at cGPA 3.9-4.0, 20% at 3.45-3.89, 10% at 3.0-3.44 (+10% extra for WUST alumni). Matching Award: WUST matches a scholarship already awarded by a US-based institution, capped at 50% of tuition. First Country Award: 30% of total tuition, limited to the first student WUST has ever enrolled from a given country of birth (one per program of study — so this is NOT automatically available to every Mongolian applicant). Special Talent: 30%. Young Scholars: 50% first quarter, then +20% stacked on Academic Merit from the second quarter on. 100%-online students get a standing 50%-of-cost tuition rate (not a merit award).

Things to know

Accreditation: Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC), a CHEA-recognized national accreditor; WUST states it is 'recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as an accredited institution of higher education.' Certified by Virginia SCHEV to operate; SEVP/ICE-certified to issue Form I-20; DOS-certified to sponsor J-1. The 2025-26 Catalog states explicitly: 'a new owner...decided to change the name from iGlobal University to Washington University of Science and Technology, and the name change was approved by our accrediting body in 2022.' Families recruited under the 'iGlobal' name should confirm with the school that this is the institution meant — it is the same legal entity, just renamed.

The 'iGlobal University [100%]' pitch does not match WUST's own published aid menu — nothing on wust.edu reaches 100%, and the 50% ceiling (Matching Award) requires the student to already hold an outside US-based scholarship to match. Treat the '100%' figure as unconfirmed/likely incorrect until WUST or the agency produces a specific award name and letter.
