What the scholarship covers

Official wording: a grant 'equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of eligible institutional tuition charges each term.' Applies to approved undergraduate AND graduate programs. No GPA/English threshold stated. Cannot combine with other institutional grants/scholarships unless specifically approved. Does not cover fees, books, housing, transport. Things to know

Virginia (Salem) campus accredited by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC) — a national institutional accreditor recognized by the US Dept of Education and CHEA; the Kentucky (Louisville) campus is accredited by ABHES (also ED/CHEA-recognized). The Roanoke Valley (Salem, VA) campus is SEVP-certified to enroll F-1/M-1 students; ANU explicitly runs a hybrid 'Intensive Alternate Program' (two 10-week in-person residency courses + one 10-week online course per term) so F-1 students physically attend, this is not a fully-online/no-I-20 program. This is the one school on the list with an officially documented, named Mongolia pipeline — but its own published discount is 25%, not 50-80%. Worth a direct conversation with ANU about whether a bigger package exists outside the public Mongolian Dreamer Grant, since the agency's number and the university's published number disagree by a wide margin.
