Things to know

NUS's own wording: 'open to exceptional international students of all countries (excluding Singapore).' Explicitly broader than the ASEAN-restricted or named-country NUS scholarships, which exclude Mongolia.

Confirmed clearly eligible for Mongolians by NUS's own wording, unlike several other NUS scholarships explicitly checked and ruled OUT for Mongolia this session: the ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarship (ASEAN nationals only) and the Goh Keng Swee Scholarship (named-country list that does not include Mongolia). The NUS Global Merit/Merit/Undergraduate/AI Talent/Performing & Visual Arts/Sports Scholarships are Singapore-citizen-only and also do not apply.
