Restricted to nationals of OECD DAC ODA-recipient countries. Mongolia was NOT explicitly named as eligible or ineligible in the material gathered this session -- Mongolia's current DAC list status must be checked directly (it has shifted between 'low/middle income' DAC categories in different years) before telling a family this is open to them.
